Papa Rewards
Important Notice: Orders that contain a Free item, including a Free Large pizza, will be required to meet the minimum order value for delivery. The minimum order for delivery may vary with store location. You will be advised of the Minimum spend when selecting your store.
Papa Reward Points
- Points are only rewarded to users who have registered to Papa Rewards
- Points are only rewarded to new users if registration is completed before placing an order
- Points can only be earned on non-cash orders. To earn Papa Rewards points, you must pay by Credit / Debit Card or Paypal
- No cash alternatives
- The more users order online, the more reward points earned
Points allocation and expiry:
- Earn 1 Papa Rewards Point for every £4 you spend on all non-cash orders, including VAT on every purchase from your papajohns.co.uk account
- Points you earn on an order will only be allocated when the order has been confirmed (delivered or collected)
- For future orders, Papa Rewards Points will not become available until the order has been delivered or collected
- Points will expire 6 months after the customers last order date
- Delivery fee may apply at selected stores and does not contribute to Papa Rewards points
Papa Rewards FREE products:
- When claiming a FREE pizza, side, drink or dessert as part of a delivery order minimum spend for delivery applies and may vary with store location.
- Papa Rewards points can be used for online transactions only
- Papa Rewards FREE Products can be used alongside selected promotional offers
- The Papa Rewards buttons will be disabled on the menu and checkout if a user does not have enough points to add a FREE Papa Rewards product

Points can be spent on pizza, selected: sides, desserts and drinks. The FREE Papa Rewards products can be redeemed any time users have accumulated the following points:
- 8 Points - Cauli Wings, Potato Tots, Potato Tots with Four Cheeses, Cheesy Potato Tots with Bacon, Garlic Sticks with Four Cheeses, Garlic Pizza Sticks, Garlic Cheese Sticks, Cheesy Jalapeno Bites, Bacon Cheese Sticks, Vegan Sheese® Potato Tots, Vegan Sheese® Potato Tots with Jalapenos, Vegan Sheese® & , "Not-Chicken" Vegan Bites, Pepsi Max Raspberry, Pepsi Max Cherry, Pepsi Max, 7UP Free, Orange Tango
- 12 Points – Hot Buffalo Wings, Plain roasted Chicken Wings, BBQ Chicken Wings, Hot Piri Piri Chicken Poppers, Chicken Poppers, Giant Double Chocolate Brownie, Giant Choc Chip Cookie
- 25 Points – Large Pizza
- An additional charge of £2.99 will be charged for each Stuffed Crust order, and £3.99 for each Pepperoni Stuffed Crust or Crispy Cheese Base order
- As many FREE Papa Rewards products can be redeemed in a single transaction as long as the user has points available
- FREE products are subject to availability
- Papa John’s reserves the right to change the required points values or products available
- From time to time we Papa John’s will offer products for other points values to Papa Rewards members, but you must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing emails from Papa John's
