Papa Johns x Toy Story 5 T Shirt Giveaway

Introduction

These are the rules for the Papa Johns x Toy Story 5 T shirt prize draw. By participating in the promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules.
There is one entry per user account.
Each entry will receive an entry into a prize draw.

Who can enter?

Entries to the prize draw may only be made by an individual:

who is aged 18 or over;
a resident in England, Wales or Scotland (but excluding Northern Ireland); and
eligible to enter under these rules (see below).

The following are not eligible to participate:

employees or other personnel of Papa John’s (GB) Ltd (Papa Johns) or any company within the same group of companies as Papa Johns, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the prize draw (Associates) and their immediate families;
other persons assisting with this prize draw;
any person not being a natural person;
any syndicate or collection of persons acting together.

By entering into the prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so. We may require evidence of eligibility.
Evidence of identity and age may be required.
Any third party entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.

Availability and Key Dates

The Prize Draw will run from 00:00 on 12 June 2026 until 23.59 on 03 August 2026 (the Prize Draw Promotional Period). Entries received after the end of the Prize Draw Promotional Period shall automatically be disqualified and will not be considered.

How to enter

An eligible person may then enter the prize draw by logging in to (if already registered) or signing up to the UK Papa Johns’ App (the App), which can be downloaded from your app store.
After signing in, you must complete the size guide, address and accept these Terms & Conditions and click Enter Now.
There is no alternative method of entry. Papa Johns makes no charge for entry. For online entry requiring an internet connection, the entrant’s normal data charges will apply.

The Prizes

There are 8 hundred (800) Prizes of Papa Johns x Toy Story 5 t shirts in S,M,L,XL
The prizes are non-transferable and will only be provided to the named winners.
The winners are responsible for any tax implications.

How will the winners be chosen?

The winners of the Prize Draw will be drawn by Flipside Group (an independent third Party).
8 hundred (800) winners will be drawn from all entrants during the Prize Draw Promotional Period. Where no entries are made then the draw will not take place.

How will the winner be notified?

The winners will be notified within 10 days of competition ending.
Papa Johns will use reasonable efforts to notify the winners by email.
Proof of identity and age may be required.
Proof of address is required to facilitate delivery.
If a winner does not respond to Papa Johns within 14 days of being notified by Papa Johns, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Papa Johns will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

How can I find out about the winners?

The surname and county of the winners may be obtained by contacting: Marketing Team, Papa John’s (GB) Ltd, Papa John's International Hub 11 Northfield Drive, Northfield, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, MK15 0DQ within 3 months of the closing date (subject to the winners’ rights under data protection laws).

How will the prize be awarded?

Papa Johns will distribute the prizes, via courier, to each winners confirmed address.
Prizes will only be sent once winners have responded to the notification that they have won and complied with any requests from Papa Johns to confirm their eligibility to participate in the Prize Draw.

Winner Publicity

The winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the prize draw and any participation will not be paid for.

Substitution of Prize

Substitution or transfer of the prize by a winner is not permitted.
No alternative prizes are available, in whole or in part.
Notwithstanding the above, the Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

Entrants acknowledge that we will use your personal details to facilitate the mechanics of this prize draw. We will process these personal details on the legal basis of our legitimate business interests.
Papa Johns must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Papa Johns will send the surname and county of the prize winners to anyone who emails info@papajohns.co.uk or writes to Marketing Team, Papa John’s (GB) Ltd, Papa John's International Hub 11 Northfield Drive, Northfield, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, MK15 0DQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within month after the closing date stated above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Papa Johns (see details below). In such circumstances, Papa Johns must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Brand Protection

The winners and entrants must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of Papa Johns, bring Papa Johns, its group companies, franchisees or agents into disrepute before, during or after this prize draw.

Papa Johns reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so including in the event of circumstances outside Papa Johns control.
Papa Johns accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind or which otherwise are incomplete, illegible, misdirected or delayed entries.

Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, Papa Johns, its Associates, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prizes except where it is caused by the negligence of Papa Johns, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

English law

These terms and conditions and this prize draw are governed by English law. If any entrants to this prize draw wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

The Walt Disney Company, Pixar and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the travel package, competition, contest or sweepstakes.
