How will the winner be chosen?

• All eligible entries received will be pooled together and the prize winners will be selected at random.

How will the winner be notified?

• The winner will be notified via the email address registered to their Papa Johns GB account and will be required to respond to confirm receipt.
• The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner via email.
• In an event where the prize is not claimed within 24 hours of notification by email from Papa Johns GB or if the winner does not respond within the 24 hours, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected at random in accordance with the process above.
• Promoter has the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
• Prizes will be sent by email or post (post will be sent first class), as applicable (depending on the prize). For prizes sent by post, the winner will be required to provide a UK mailing address. How to enter the Prize Draw?

• Entrant must register on the Student Portal – www.papajohns.co.uk/students
• The entrant must have a valid university email address.
• The entrant must submit their graduation date.
• By submitting their entry, the entrant agrees to all terms and conditions regarding this prize draw.
• Any third-party entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.
• All entrants will automatically be placed into the £5,000 university fee prize draw.

Free Small Pizza Deal

• Deal to be fulfilled by Papa Johns (GB) Ltd.
• Free Small Pizza of their choice with an order on the official Papa Johns app only. Collection only.
• Entrant will receive an email to their validated student email address and must download the Papa Johns app in order to redeem their free small pizza.
• Once validated, the deal will sit in the deal section of their student account on the Papa Johns app.
• The free small pizza deal is only redeemable through the Papa Johns app.

£5,000 University Fee Prize draw

• Prize to be fulfilled by Papa Johns (GB) Ltd.
• Winner of the prize draw will receive £5,000 towards their university fees.
• Receipt of paid university fees must be provided for Papa Johns to reimburse winner £5,000. The prize if non-transferrable and will only be provided to the named winner.
• Winner must hold a student account with Papa Johns and hold a valid student email address.

Who can enter?

• The Prize Draw is open to students in England, Wales and Scotland, aged 18 years or over.
• Entrant must hold a verified university email address.
• Any new students starting university in 2023.

What is the closing date?

• The closing date for the Prize Draw and Free Small Pizza use by date is the 31st October 2023.
• E.g if your Free Small Pizza is issued on the 31st October 2023 then it must be used on the same day.

How will the winner be chosen?

• Winner will be selected at random out of all the entries using a random generator.

How will the winner be notified?

• Winner will be announced on Friday 4th November 2023.
• The winner will be contacted via verified student email on Wednesday 8th November 2023.
• The promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner via the given email address
• The winner will have 10 working days to acknowledge receipt of email to ensure they secure the £5,000 towards their fees. If the winner does not acknowledge receipt in that time, Papa Johns will award the prize to a backup winner drawn at the same time as the original.
