Introduction

• These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Papa John’s Student Sign-Up Free Personal Pizza Promotion, under which eligible students who create a Papa John’s account, successfully verify their student status and access the Papa John’s App will receive one free Personal Pizza reward, subject to these Terms (the “Promotion”).

• The Promotion is to be fulfilled by Papa Johns (GB) Limited (CRN 02569801) of Papa John's International Hub 11 Northfield Drive, Northfield, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, MK15 0DQ (“Papa John’s”).

Who can enter?

• The Promotion is open to students who are resident in England, Wales or Scotland, aged 18 years or over, who hold a verified university email address, and who sign up to create a new student account during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Students”).
• Employees of Papa John’s or any company within the same group of companies as Papa John’s, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are not allowed to enter.

The Reward

• The reward entitles an Eligible Student to one standard Personal Pizza from the eligible range shown in the App (the “Reward”), which may be redeemed by collection without charge. Premium bases, extra toppings and other customisations will incur an additional charge. If the Reward is redeemed as part of a delivery order, the participating store’s minimum delivery spend, and applicable delivery fees will apply and will be displayed before checkout.

How to participate

• The Promotion is open from 00:01 on 7 September 2026 until 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (“Promotional Period”). To participate, an Eligible Student must, during the Promotional Period:
1. scan the campaign QR code or visit www.papajohns.co.uk/students ;
2. create a Papa John’s account;
3. successfully verify an eligible student email address; and
4. sign into the Papa John’s App using the same verified account.
• Once verification has been completed, the Reward (as defined below) will be added to the “For You” section of the App.
• The Reward is available and redeemable exclusively via App with participating Papa John’s stores in the United Kingdom, which excludes Butlins, Haven Holiday Parks, Ribby Hall Village, Planet Ice venues, on-campus stores, or in Ireland.
• Store specific minimum delivery spends, and delivery fees may apply to delivery orders made via the App and will be displayed before checkout.
• The Reward must be redeemed by the expiry date shown in the App. Once expired, it cannot be reinstated or otherwise used.
• An Eligible Student may not create or use multiple accounts or email addresses to claim more than one Reward.

Your Privacy

• Papa Johns will process personal data to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, deliver the reward and prevent fraud in accordance with its Privacy Notice, which can be found here  www.papajohns.co.uk/privacy-notice

General

• Papa John’s decision on all aspects of this promotion is final.
• The Reward cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
• Papa John’s has the right to refuse to provide the Reward to anyone whom it reasonably believes has broken any of these Terms.

English law

These Terms and the Promotion are governed by English law. However, if you are resident in Scotland, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections available to you under Scottish law. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland, in the Scottish courts.

‘Win it Wednesdays’ Promotion Terms & Conditions

Introduction

• These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for the Papa John’s Student ‘Win it Wednesday’ in-app spin-the-wheel promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• The Promotion gives registered and verified students using the Papa John’s app the opportunity to spin a digital wheel in-app once every Wednesday (the “Win it Wednesday Wheel”) for the chance to get a reward, which may be in the form of discounts, bundle offers, Papa John’s prizes or other incentives as described in the App or associated promotional communications (“Rewards”).
• The Promotion is to be fulfilled by Papa Johns (GB) Limited (CRN 02569801) of Papa John's International Hub 11 Northfield Drive, Northfield, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, MK15 0DQ (“Papa John’s”, “we”).
• The Promotion will commence at 00:01 on 7 September 2026 and will continue until further notice. Papa Johns may withdraw the Promotion by giving Eligible Students reasonable prior notice via a service notice sent through the App and/or by email (the “Promotional Period”).

Who is eligible to participate in the Promotion?

• The Promotion is open to individuals who are resident in England, Wales or Scotland, are aged 18 years or over, hold a valid university email address that has been successfully verified by Papa Johns or its verification provider, and participate through the Papa John’s App while logged into the corresponding verified account (“Eligible Students”).
• Employees of Papa John’s or any company within the same group of companies as Papa John’s, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion (“Associates”) and their immediate families are not permitted to participate in this Promotion.
• By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
• Evidence of student status and a valid university email address will be required upon registration. Papa Johns may request reasonable evidence of age, identity, residence or continuing student status.
• Any third-party entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.

How to participate & Reward Mechanics

• During the Promotional Period, each Eligible Student may complete one free spin between 00:01 and 23:59 UK local time on each Wednesday while logged into their verified account. Any unused spin will expire at 23:59 that Wednesday and cannot be carried over, transferred, exchanged or used on another day.
• The Win it Wednesday Wheel may display a combination of Reward and no-Reward outcomes. Each spin will result in either a Reward or a no-Reward outcome, as determined at random by Papa Johns’ independently tested allocation mechanism .
• The outcome of each spin will be displayed immediately in the App. If an Eligible Student receives a Reward, details of the Reward, any applicable redemption conditions and its expiry date will be displayed in the App and the Reward will be added to the Eligible Student’s verified account. No Reward will be available where the Wheel displays a no-Reward outcome. The outcome displayed in the App is final, except where Papa John’s reasonably identifies a technical error, system malfunction, misuse or manipulation.
• · The visual appearance of the Win it Wednesday Wheel, including the number, size, position or arrangement of any tiles or segments, is for illustrative and entertainment purposes only and does not indicate, represent or affect the likelihood of landing on any particular Reward. The probability of receiving a Reward is determined by Papa Johns' underlying allocation and selection mechanism, which may result in certain Rewards being available, awarded or won more or less frequently than others. Accordingly, the chances of winning each Reward may not be equal and may vary from time to time.
• The Rewards featured on the Win it Wednesday Wheel may vary from time to time and may differ in value. Papa Johns may also introduce additional limited-time prizes, competitions, giveaways or special offers at its discretion. Where applicable, such promotions will be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be communicated to you at the relevant time.
• Unless the App states otherwise, each Reward will expire at 23:59 UK local time on the Tuesday immediately following the Wednesday on which it is awarded. Any Reward not redeemed before that time will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.
• No purchase or payment is required to participate. Access to the Papa Johns App and an internet connection are required, and the Eligible Student’s usual data charges may apply.Papa Johns will maintain records of Rewards allocated and may verify any spin or reward claim where it reasonably suspects technical error, misuse or manipulation.

Your Privacy

• Papa Johns will process personal data to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, deliver the reward and prevent fraud in accordance with its Privacy Notice, which can be found here www.papajohns.co.uk/privacy-notice.

General

• If circumstances beyond Papa Johns’ reasonable control make it necessary to do so, Papa Johns may substitute a Reward with a reasonable alternative of equal or greater value.
• Unless stated otherwise, prizes, discounts, vouchers, codes, or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, voucher, or code.
• Papa Johns’ decisions concerning eligibility and the administration of the Promotion are final, except in the case of manifest error. Nothing in these Terms affects an Eligible Student’s statutory rights.
• Papa John’s reserves the right to refuse to allocate Rewards to anyone whom it reasonably believes has broken any of these rules.
• Papa Johns may suspend, amend or end the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to address fraud, misuse, technical failure or legal or regulatory requirements. Papa Johns will seek to minimise any disadvantage to Eligible Students and, so far as reasonably practicable, any change will not affect a Reward already validly awarded.
• Papa John’s accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind or which otherwise are incomplete, illegible, misdirected or delayed entries.
• Rewards may only be redeemed via the app at participating stores, which excludes Butlins, Haven Holiday Parks, Ribby Hall Village, on campus stores, Northern Ireland and Ireland.

English law

These Terms and the Promotion are governed by English law. However, Eligible Students resident in Scotland will also benefit from any mandatory protections available under Scottish law. Proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or, where the Eligible Student lives in Scotland, the Scottish courts.

Student - Spin the Wheel

The Spin the Wheel promotion is available exclusively to university students aged 18 and over who are registered Papa Johns app users.

Pizza for a Year Prize

The Pizza for a Year prize entitles the winner to receive twelve (12) Large Pizza vouchers. The vouchers have no cash value. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered. Additional toppings, premium pizzas, sides, drinks, delivery charges or upgrades may incur an additional charge. Redemption instructions will be provided within the offer

Free Large Pizza Voucher Prize

Prize Redemption and Expiry

All prize vouchers issued as part of this promotion, including Pizza for a Year vouchers, Free Large Pizza Vouchers, Free Small Pizza Vouchers and Free Garlic & Herb Dip Vouchers, must be redeemed by 30/06/2027 . Any vouchers not redeemed by this date will expire and will not be reissued, replaced or exchanged.

Prizes are awarded instantly and at random through the Spin the Wheel mechanic. Prize availability is subject to stock and system availability.

Each prize voucher or promotional code is valid for one-time use only and may only be redeemed by the recipient's registered app account. Proof of student status and age may be required at the time of redemption.

How will the winner be notified?

• Prizes will only be sent once winners have responded to the notification that they have won and complied with any requests from Papa Johns to confirm their eligibility to participate in the Prize Draw.

Winner Publicity

• The winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the prize draw and any participation will not be paid for.

Substitution of Prize

• Substitution or transfer of the prize by a winner is not permitted.
• No alternative prizes are available, in whole or in part.

The Promotion

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Lapsed High Value Customer Reactivation campaign in which Eligible Customers [S&B1] may redeem one large free pizza (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

Promotional Period

This promotion commences on 00:01 on 18 June 2026 and closes at 23.59 on 31 August 2026 unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with these T&Cs (the “Promotional Period”). [S&B2]

Eligible Customers

• The Promotion is available only to selected customers who receive a qualifying promotional communication directly from Papa Johns during the Promotional Period, and who access the Papa Johns website using the promotional link contained in that communication (“Eligible Customers”).

How to claim the Promotion

• To redeem the Promotion, an Eligible Customer must, during the Promotional Period: (a) click the promotional link contained in the qualifying promotional communication; (b) log into the Papa Johns account associated with the email address or other contact details to which that communication was sent; (c) add an Eligible Pizza to their basket; and (d) complete checkout via the Papa Johns website.

General Conditions

• The Promotion applies to one large original crust (10 slice) pizza only, including create-your-own pizzas with up to four toppings (“Eligible Pizza[S&B3] ”). Premium bases, stuffed crusts, additional toppings, dips, sides, desserts, drinks and any other customisations or extras are excluded from the Promotion and will incur additional charges.
• This Promotion is personal to the Eligible Customer and may only be redeemed once using the Papa John’s account associated with the email address to which the marketing communication was sent, and is non transferable.
