Terms and Conditions

1. These terms and conditions govern the Papa Rewards Loyalty Scheme (“Scheme”).
2. The Scheme allows members to accrue points and convert those points to “Papa Dough Discount”. The member may then use Papa Dough Discount against pizza and selected sides, desserts and drinks at the point of payment.
3. From time to time, we may run special offers or limited time promotions in which members can accrue points which can be converted into Papa Dough Discount under this Scheme (“Promotion”). Each Promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will apply alongside these terms. 4. By becoming a member of the Scheme, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
5. You should contact us if you need help in understanding any part of these terms and conditions.
6. The promoter of the Scheme is Papa John’s (GB) Limited (company number: 02569801) whose registered office is at Papa John's International Hub 11 Northfield Drive, Northfield, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, MK15 0DQ.
7. Scheme members can decide to withdraw from the Scheme at any time. By withdrawing from the Scheme, members lose the right to any points already accrued and to convert those points to Papa Dough discount.
8. We reserve rights to:
1. withdraw your Papa Dough Discount and your points and/or cancel or suspend your membership of the Scheme if: (i) you are in beach of these terms and conditions (ii) due to error and/or (iii) if we suspect fraud; and/or
2. amend these terms and conditions and/or hold void, cancel, or suspend the Scheme if it becomes necessary to do so, including in the event of circumstances outside our control.

8. The Scheme is for residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only. All members of the Scheme must have a valid address within the United Kingdom and be aged 16 years or over.

9. To create a Papa Rewards account, go to our website papajohns.co.uk and select ‘Register’. Enter your details along with your email address to sign up.
10. Members are only entitled to one Scheme account each. We reserve the right to refuse, merge, or close additional accounts at any time if you breach this condition.
11. The Scheme can only be used and points redeemed as Papa Dough discount by the member who is named and registered on the account.
12. Only one Scheme account can be used per transaction.

13. Points are only awarded to individuals who are members of the Scheme.
14. Points are only awarded to new members if registration is completed before placing an order.
15. Points can only be earned on online orders at papajohns.co.uk or on the Papa Johns app (not in-store), unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of a Promotion). To earn points, you must pay by Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay.
16. You earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on all online orders made by Credit / Debit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Apple Pay on every purchase from your papajohns.co.uk account.
17. Points will be earned on the total value of your basket (including VAT but not including any delivery fee). For example, if your basket value is £19.99, you earn 19 points.
18. A delivery fee may apply, and the delivery fee will not accrue points.
19. Any charity donations will not accrue points.
20. You will normally be able to see your points in your account on the next business day.
21. Your points will only accrue when the order has been confirmed (delivered or collected)
22. For future orders, points will not accrue until the order has been delivered or collected.
23. Papa Dough Discounts and points may also accrue during Promotions, in which we may offer bonus points on certain products for set time periods, details of which can be found here: https://www.papajohns.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/promotions.
24. Papa Johns reserves the right to change point values from time to time.

25. For each 20 points you earn, those points will automatically convert to Papa Dough discount to a value of £3. Once points have been converted, you will no longer see them in your account and they will no longer be available for further conversion. You will then have the option whether to use your converted Papa Dough discount on payment of an order.
26. Once points are automatically converted to Papa Dough discount, you can then use Papa Dough discount against purchases you make on and via papajohns.co.uk or the app.
27. Papa Dough discount can only be redeemed in £1 increments. For example, if you have £3 Papa Dough discount in your balance and your total basket is £3.99, you can only use £3 worth of Papa Dough discount. You will still need to make a payment of 99p.
28. There is no limit on the amount of Papa Dough discount that can be used in any one purchase (subject to the amount of Papa Dough discount in your account).
29. Papa Dough discount will be applied at the point of payment, not the basket. For delivery orders, a minimum spend will still apply to your basket, but the overall payment to be made will be less to reflect Papa Dough discount redeemed.
30. There is no cash alternative to Papa Dough and Papa Dough cannot be transferred, bought, sold or traded in any way.
31. We may amend the menu items that Papa Dough discount can be redeemed against from time to time.

32. Your points and Papa Dough Discount will expire 6 months after the date you last used Papa Dough Discount or earned points, whichever is the later.

33. We will use personal data submitted by members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available by clicking here www.papajohns.co.uk/content/privacy-statement.aspx
34. Members acknowledge that we will use your personal details to facilitate the mechanics of the Scheme.

35. If any of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid or contravenes any law then the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
36. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time. You are expected to check these terms and conditions from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are binding on you. If you do not agree to any changes made to these terms and conditions, then you must refrain from continuing to use the Scheme.
37. The Papa Rewards scheme and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Papa Rewards Gamified Streaks & Badges – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Open to Papa Rewards members who meet the following criteria:

• Must be residents of the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
• Must have a valid UK address and be aged 16 years or older.
• Must not be an employee of the Papa Johns

Gamified Bonus Mechanics

Badges

Badges are limited-time challenges designed to reward specific actions.

• Members will be given an action to complete within a set time period and full details of such limited time challenges will be set out in the ‘Member Area’ of the Papa Johns mobile application.
• Successful completion (to be determined by us) will earn a bonus reward (e.g., limited-time Papa Dough or additional reward points).
• Bonus rewards are in addition to standard loyalty points earned on purchases.

Streak

Streak challenges encourage purchase frequency.

• Members will be given a target number of purchases to complete within a defined time frame, full details of which will be set out in the ‘Member Area’ of the Papa Johns mobile application.
• On completion, members will receive a bonus reward (this may be Papa Dough, extra reward points or such other bonus reward as we may direct).
• Regular loyalty rewards will still apply to each purchase made during the streak.

Reward Details

• Bonus rewards (Papa Dough or points) will be credited to the member’s account upon successful completion of the challenge (to be determined by us).
• Papa Dough can only be redeemed via the Papa John’s mobile application or website, subject to the Papa Dough terms and conditions which can be found here: https://www.papajohns.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/online-terms-and-conditions.

General Terms

• Promotions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other offers except as part of the Papa Rewards scheme.
• Papa John’s reserves the right to amend or withdraw these promotions at any time and shall notify members of such amendments by updating these terms and conditions on the Papa Johns Website here: https://www.papajohns.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/new-papa-rewards .
• Upon any changes to these terms, members shall be entitled to cease participation in this promotion at their discretion.
• If a member continues to participate in this promotion following any amendments to these terms and conditions, the member shall be deemed to have agreed to comply with the updated terms and conditions.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

Privacy

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Papa Johns’ Privacy Policy: www.papajohns.co.uk/privacy-notice.
Data collected will only be used to administer these promotions and deliver rewards.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any legal proceedings must be brought in UK courts.
