FRESH DOUGH, NEVER FROZEN
Our hand-tossed original dough is made fresh at our Buckinghamshire HQ. It gets regularly assessed by a team of experts who measure the stretchiness, colour, texture and flavour.
The dough then rests for just the right amount of time before we shape the doughballs, to make our authentic American-style base with egg-shell crust and fluffy interior. It's then ready to be transported to our restaurants all over the country, where our pizza chefs are waiting!
