“I joined Papa John’s East Croydon store in 2005 as a part time Pizza maker / Driver. I made my way up and became a store manager in 2 years time.
In 2009 I was awarded UK’s best manager of the year. This was a big achievement for me and brought me closer to the company, then in 2010 I was promoted as a Multi Unit manager which gave me a better understanding of the company and brand.”
In 2011 when I got the opportunity to join the corporate team as a Brand Excellence Manager in Papa Johns Training department, I came to know that how good the company is and whatever they say in their core values (FASPAC) they fulfil.
