Score Twice Half Price

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

  1. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) Channel Islands and IoM aged 18 years and over.
  2. No purchase is necessary to enter, internet access is required.
  3. Maximum one entry per person.
  4. Promotional Period:

  5. The promotion is open from 2nd January 2019 to 30th May 2019.
  6. The first qualifying fixtures will take place on 11th January 2019.
  7. How to enter:

  8. To enter, users must register at www.papajohns.co.uk/football and then select their preferred team from a list of predefined teams.
  9. A 50% off Pizzas offer will be made available to all users who’s selected team score twice in a regular season league game or play off game. The offer will be available from the end of the game in which two goals were scored and users will be notified by email.
  10. The offer can only be redeemed in accordance with the offer terms, as follows:
    a. Offer entitles a customer to 50% off the value of all pizzas in their order when they spend £15 or more.
    b. Minimum spend for delivery applies.
    c. Offer is available until the end of the following day after the game in which 2 goals were scored.
    d. The offer can only be redeemed online at www.papajohns.co.uk and only by users who have been notified that they can claim.
    e. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offers.
    f. This offer is not available in-store.
    g. Offer available at participating stores only and excludes Butlins, Haven Holiday Parks, Ribby Hall Village, Welcome Break, Planet Ice, on campus stores and Ireland.
  11. Only users who picked a team before that team scored twice in a game will be entitled to receive the offer for that game.
  12. Only one account allowed per email address.
  13. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the offer with alternatives of equal or greater value.
  14. No third party or bulk entries allowed.
  15. The promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all promotional matters.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.
  17. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  19. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Score Twice Half Price – Big Matches

Promoter: Papa John’s (GB) Ltd, 11 Northfield Drive, Milton Keynes MK15 0DQ

  1. In order to participate in Big Match Specials, users must have first registered to participate in Score Twice Half price via www.papajohns.co.uk/football.
  2. A 50% off Pizzas offer will be made available to all users who select a team from one of the Big Match Special matches that then scores twice. The offer will be available from the end of the game in which two goals were scored and users will be notified by email.
  3. Teams can be selected up to the kick off time of each Big Match Special.
  4. The offer can only be redeemed in accordance with the offer terms, as follows:
    a. Offer entitles a customer to 50% off the value of all pizzas in their order when they spend £15 or more.
    b. Minimum spend for delivery applies.
