- Winners will be notified within 2 working days of the closing date of each prize draw.
- Signed Rugby balls and signed Rugby Shirts will be posted first class within 5 working days of the closing date of each prize draw.
- Rugby tickets will be issued digitally and be sent to the winner via SMS using the phone number provided when entering the promotion, associated with the winner’s Papa Johns GB account.
- Location of rugby match and stadium entry requirements will be provided to the winner when they are contacted by Papa Johns GB informing them that they have won a prize.
- The Prize(s) is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the some or greater than the original Prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control making the Prize unavailable. The Prize may be subject to availability and change where expressly stated.
