The reason is simple: commitment to using the highest quality ingredients to produce superior quality, traditional pizza. The only additional ingredient we need is the enthusiasm and drive of our franchisees.

Prospects for the right people are excellent; particularly bearing in mind that home delivery is the fastest growing sector of the market. Pizza is universally popular and unaffected by seasons or fashions. Independent research points shows that in the UK, pizza consumption is expanding to similar levels as those in the United States where people eat three times as much pizza.

 
For our pizzas, only the best will do. Ingredients must arrive in perfect condition at our stores, so we built a new £3 million centralised purchasing and delivery system in Staffordshire to maintain and enhance product quality. A modern fleet of temperature-controlled trucks delivers the raw ingredients in the best condition and on time throughout the country.

We also invest heavily in new technology and make every effort to ensure that we offer the very best service possible. Every new store is equipped with a state of the EPOS system, developed to help improve the efficiency of store operations and provide detailed management reports as well as essential sales and marketing data. We also have a team of IT experts who are always on hand.

Our new website has just been launched, providing customers with a quicker, easier and more efficient way of ordering. Five times quicker than before and with new location technology, mouth-watering photography and increased customer interaction, it has become a significant part of our business with over 20% of total sales.
